Patient Insurance & Financing
We accept most PPO dental insurance and Denti-cal (Medi-cal) at our Palm Springs Office.
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards payment. Payment is expected on the day of services are performed. Patients that require more extensive dental care can work with our dental team to create a financial plan that will work for their budget and we offer financing plan through Care Credit.
What Makes CareCredit Different:
CareCredit is different from a regular credit card.
Use it to pay for dental treatment that may not be covered by your insurance and special financing options are available that you may not be able to get with other cards.
Pay for health, and wellness care at over 250,000 enrolled providers across the nation. Once you've applied, you can use it again and again at any location that accepts CareCredit.
With shorter term financing options of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period. If you do not, interest is charged from the original purchase date.*

Patient Forms
If you are a new patient to our office, the attached file contains our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival.
